He joined the CPC in 1972, and is with a college degree, and certificates for Senior Economist and Senior Political Worker.
In 1972, joined CAAC;
In 1986, Deputy Director of CAAC Policy Research Office (as Acting Director);
In 1989, Deputy Director General and Director General of CAAC Planning Department;
In 1996, Director General of CAAC General Affairs Department, and Personnel and Education Department;
In May 2001, CAAC Deputy Administrator (Vice Minister level);
In September 2006, Secretary of Party Group of China Eastern Air Holding Company;
November 2011--March 2014, CAAC Deputy Administrator, CAAC Deputy Party Secretary and Chairman of National Civil Aviation Trade Union;
August 2012--now, Chairman of CATA.

Mr. Li used to serve as a member of the 11th and 12th National Committees of Chinese People’s Political Consultative Conference. And he is the author of the Annals of China’s Civil Aviation (1949-2010), co-author of History of Civil Aviation of China, author of Collection of Civil Aviation Studies, Documents on the Reform and Development of Civil Aviation, Beijing: Poems and Photos,and co-author of Shanghai: Poems and Photos.

She has well experienced in Labor Economy, Human Resources, Airport Operation,Service Management, Communist Party Construction, Enterprise Cultural Construction. She has initiated her career from Nov. 1976, and has successively held the posts of Chief Officer, Deputy Director and CEO in Human Resources Division, Deputy Secretary of Communist Party, Secretary of Discipline Inspection Commission, Chairman of the Union and promoted to Secretary of Communist Party in Beijing Capital Int'l Airport Co., Ltd since Feb. 2010.During the period, she was Chairman of BAIK concurrently. Since Jul. 2014, she has held a post of First Deputy Secretary and promoted to Secretary of China Civil Airports Association since Jun. 2017 to present.

Andrew Hogg joined Tourism Australia in June 2015 as Regional General Manager Greater China, promoted to North Asia Regional General Manager in November 2015. Andrew based in Shanghai, work closely with colleagues over the North Asia Region from China, Hong Kong, Japan and Korea.

As the Regional General Manager for North Asia, Andrew Hogg is responsible for driving Tourism Australia’s strategies to grow demand from Australia’s fastest growing tourism market for international visitors.
Mr Hogg’s career has included a number of senior roles in a career spanning more than 26 years with Australia’s national carrier, Qantas Airways, across finance, sales, marketing and operations. Most recently he was General Manager China for the airline, taking up this role in in 2011.
